Hague Group acquires £6 million print management company

Independent specialist print supplier Hague Group has recently acquired print management company, Venture Business Forms Ltd.

Midlands based Venture is a successful business that has been established for over forty years and is one of the most respected names in the UK’s print management industry. Venture employs thirty staff over its three sites and has a turnover of approximately £6 million.

Strategically, this acquisition further strengthens Hague Group as market leaders for specialist print solutions. Both companies have similarly experienced significant growth with self-adhesive products over the last 10 years

The current sales and administration team will remain in place at Venture, bringing their expertise and customer knowledge, and Hague will invest to further develop sales at Venture and look to promote other Hague products into their extensive client base.

This is Hague Groups second UK acquisition this year, following on from the purchase of Contrac in January 2018.

Hague has now 10 locations in the UK, providing outstanding service and print solutions to a wide range of customers.
