Hague Print continues expansion with Custom Forms acquisition

We are delighted to announce that Hague has acquired Custom Forms, the Leicestershire, based trade supplier specialised in accountancy forms.

Based in Hinckley in Leicestershire, Custom Forms was established over 22 years ago. The £1.5m turnover business employs 9 staff and specialises in original and compatible forms for use with all the popular accounting & payroll software packages including IRIS, Pegasus and Sage. They have contracts in place with large office supplies distributors.

Graham Wain, Managing Director at Hague says: “Custom Forms are leaders in their market and will be a great addition to The Hague group of companies. They also have strong e-commerce capabilities which we are planning to build on to extend the range of products and services available to our respective customers.”

Fergus McGoldrick, who will stay on as Custom Forms Managing Director adds: “We are very pleased to be joining the Hague Group. Their reputation as providers of innovative print solutions reach well beyond the UK and their product offering and growth strategy represent a great opportunity for Custom Forms. We are looking forward to work closely with them and benefit from their experience.”

This latest acquisition continues what has been a very busy year for Hague. Following the acquisition of SRPM earlier this year, we have also acquired a security print specialist in Melbourne, Australia following the successful set-up of an office in Sydney and have secured new contracts with software and hardware resellers in the US.

We are very excited for the future of the company.
