Great customer service is paramount to the Hague Group – even over our Christmas shutdown period, our staff go above and beyond to ensure that our customers’ needs are met.
As the preferred Print Manager for M&S on their Clothing & Home Logistics side, Hague Group are proud to supply labels and forms into the M&S Distribution Network.

Mel Hopper has been working with this customer for 20 years, fully understands the Distribution Centre network and is there to pro-actively support the various sites to ensure supplies are readily available where and when needed.

Over the Christmas period, one Distribution Centre had run unexpectedly short of labels. Mel’s knowledge allowed her to reach out to other DC’s who use the same product and arranged an internal switch of stock, ensuring no service interruptions for the customer. The DC was extremely happy and we were delighted to receive this lovely message from them:

“That’s so nice of you to go out of your way to get it arranged for us. Thank you so much.”
