Salary – £22,000 – £25,000 (depending upon experience)


We are looking for an enthusiastic account executive to join our Newcastle under Lyme office. The role will involve pro-active account management.

Venture are a very successful, customer focused sales organisation with over 30 years of experience in providing label and print solutions to all industrial sectors.

We are part of the Hague Group, a leading print and solutions provider, operating from 10 offices across the UK and Australia. 

If you show an aptitude for problem solving and proactive client involvement, then this role will lead to further career progression within the company. The successful individual will work closely with the Director so a great opportunity to be mentored by a highly successful sales professional.

  • Conversant in all aspects of Microsoft office and IT generally. 


  • To maintain and build an existing portfolio of customers in conjunction with the Director
  • To serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • To develop and maintain a good understanding of the products and services 
  • To generate new / additional business with portfolio of customers including upselling and cross selling.


  • Hours of work 8.30 until 5pm.
  • Early Finish Friday 8.30 until 1.30pm
  • 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
